About Todd
Seeking God's guidance in equipping and encouraging churches around the nation.
Todd’s roots run deeply in the local church. Growing up in a Baptist community, he was shaped by a life full of church events and attending youth groups. As he matured, Todd began helping with youth groups at various churches and looking to assist in other ways as possible.
Having served as a former police corporal, SWAT member, retail manager, radio DJ and national lab technician, he gained a unique perspective on leadership, protection and discipline.
God gave Todd the vision behind Pastor’s Respite, a program designed to give worn-out pastors and their families a much-needed break from the demands of ministry. Seeing how many pastors pour out without ever being poured into, Todd felt led to create space for renewal and restoration.
In addition, Todd has been fortunate enough to receive knowledge of church security and self-defense, offering classes and consultations to help churches protect their people while remaining welcoming places of worship. He’s also been fortunate enough to have helped with videography, lighting, and Christian radio broadcasting, supporting ministries in creative and technical ways.
Todd’s ultimate goal is simple — to be allowed to serve God by serving His people.
About Karie
Praying for compassion, creativity, and Christ’s guidance wherever she goes.
Karie has served as a nurse for over seven years. However, she felt called to assist beyond the walls of the hospital.
After two years in nursing and a season of deep prayer with her husband, Karie knew her journey was just beginning. In a leap of faith and obedience, she stepped into the world of travel nursing — not just as a job, but as an opportunity to help wherever God needed her.
Karie is the creator and author of Lifeline Devotionals, a God-inspired series of reflections and spiritual encouragement derived from her experiences on the road. She also authored the Travel Nurse Assignment Organizer, helping fellow nurses stay organized and inspired throughout their own journeys.
Beyond her devotional writing, Karie is also a published freelance journalist. Whether she’s assisting with medical care, writing Spirit-led devotions, or speaking at churches — Karie strives to move with purpose, and is always prepared to serve wherever God needs her.

Our vision is simple — to go wherever God sends us, meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of people and pastors in overlooked places across America.
We believe there are hidden gems in rural communities — churches, pastors, families, and individuals who are quietly doing Kingdom work with little recognition and fewer resources. These are the people we feel called to serve.
From writing devotionals that speak into daily struggles, to offering retreats for overworked pastors, to supporting churches with security training and media guidance.
Our mission is built around one main verse, "Here I am, Send me!" (Isaiah 6:8).
Whether through publishing gospel-centered materials, speaking at events, leading bible studies, teaching a class, or simply walking alongside a family in need of prayer, Eternal Enterprizes exists to be a lifeline of hope, encouragement, and action.
